Precautions: Heat oven to 400°F. Place paper baking cups in muffin cups, or grease (or spray with non-stick cooking spray) muffin cups. Combine mix, oil, water and eggs in a large bowl. Stir until moistened . Divide batter evenly into 13 muffin cups. Bake for 17-22 minutes. Test muffins at the lowest suggested baking time. Muffins are done when toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean. Cool 5-10 minutes and remove from tray before serving.
