Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because Cascara Sagrada may worsen these conditions and may be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Use only as directed. Do not exceed daily intake.
Precautions: Take two tablets three times daily for seven day. After one week, you make take two tablets twice daily to maintain result. For best result, drink 8-10 glasses of water daily and follow the enclosed cleansing booklet.
