Precautions: As a dietary supplement take 2 capsules before morning cardiovascular and/or resistance exercise. To avoid muscle catabolism (breakdown) during a workout, always ingest some type of high grade protein, such as, ZERO CARB PROTEIN and/or MICELLEAN BIOACTIVE SUPERFOOD prior to training.
